Senior UX/UI DesignerJanuary 2022 - PresentPrevious Role: UX/UI Designer

  • Lead design on Ralph Lauren’s first digital vintage destination that contributed $843K in revenue and engaged 190K users in two quarters. Achieved an 86% product sell-through for monthly capsules. Increased vintage social media engagement by 47%, up to 114,000 in Q1-2025 through the designing the digital experience of a luxury vintage capsule: the Runway Archive. Strengthened retail awareness via connected retail online experiences.
  • Achieved a 6.2% increased add to bag rate and a 3% boost in average order value through redesigning the Product Description Page (PDP), a key page in Ralph Lauren’s shopping funnel. Leveraged resulting data from A/B testing hand live user testing with high fidelity prototypes to inform design decisions in collaboration with UX Research peers.
  • Enhance consumer experiences across inspiration and purchase funnels through implementing UX best practices, design strategies, and accessibility standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and seasonal partners to solve challenges, streamline workflows, and implement UX improvements. Leverage user engagement data to communicate brand experience standards and project success. Present engaging, pixel-perfect prototypes to key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with devs in agile/scrum environments testing development builds to ensure timely, high quality delivery of enhancements to the live site.
